What data we collect and why
Contact form (quote requests, collection development, production and other matters): name, email, company or brand (optional), telephone (optional), subject and message. We use this data only to respond to and follow up on your request.
Application form (Careers): name, email, telephone (optional), area of interest and CV in PDF format (optional). We use this data only to assess your application.
To prevent abusive submissions, the site stores a code derived from your IP address (not the IP itself) for 10 minutes, after which it is automatically deleted.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by checking the box on the form, and, in the case of quote or production requests, the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How they are processed
Form data is not stored on the site: it is sent by email to ESM's mailbox. The CV is attached to that email and deleted from the server immediately after sending. Email is managed by [TO CONFIRM: email service provider and country where the data is stored].
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data at any time, object to processing and withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out up to that date. Simply write to geral@esm.pt.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This site does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and does not load third-party content: fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself.
Therefore, we do not ask for your consent to cookies. The only cookies that exist are technical, strictly necessary, and are created only for those who log in to the site's administration area:
